Making our travel plans

We had a conference call last night with our travel agency about travel plans. Wow!! Lots of details!! I was a bit overwhelmed with it all but am SO excited!! It looks like we will fly to Taiwan around the 28th of March (on our ten year wedding anniversary---what an incredible anniversary gift). We should arrive in Taiwan on the 29th and have some time to catch our breath and try to adjust to the time change before we meet Emma Szu Yu. We will fly to Tainan early morning on April 1st and will meet Emma that morning at 10am! Can't believe it! We will have some time that day to meet her foster family and talk with them about Emma to get some more background info, likes/dislikes, schedule, etc. and then we will fly back to Taipei or take the train back to Taipei that evening with Emma. We will spend the rest of the week in Taipei. On April 2nd we will have our AIT appointment for her visa and on April 3rd we will have our passport appointment. We will leave Friday open for wiggle room in case one of those appointments gets bumped and we will plan to fly back to the US either Saturday or Sunday. Eric is in charge of booking the flights and hotel so I don't have the full scoop on that yet. The boys are both getting so excited about meeting Emma and having a sister! They love to go into her room and play with her new toys. They are excited about having time with their grandparents while Eric and I are in Taiwan. Their grandparents have already started making lots of cool plans for them---bowling one day, some time at the lake, and much more. The week after we return is spring break for the boys so that will work out nicely. We will all be home together for a week. Thank you for your continued prayers for us and for Emma Szu Yu.

That is so exciting Nicole! I have a question...does Emma know you are coming for her? Has she seen pictures of you or were you able to send her some things?
